The Facilities offices aims to provide a safe, beautiful place to learn and a model workplace for our student employees through:

Properties
Supervises and participates in the coordination and physical setup and breakdown for campus events. 
Questions to ask yourself: 

• Do you need additional tables and chairs depending on your location? 
• Do you need any other special setup like a stage, tents, etc?
• Do you need assistance reconfiguring existing furniture? 

Cleaning
Oversees the university’s cleaning services functions across all 1,000,000 square feet of McMinnville campus buildings.  
Questions to ask yourself: 

• Will you group require a bathroom refresh in academic buildings during the event?
• Will your attendees need bed packs placed in their overnight housing? 

Utilities and Trades
Responsible for providing support in the areas of boiler plant operations, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire systems, and general mechanical systems repair. 
Questions to ask yourself: 

• ​Will you need any outdoor sources of power? 

Groundskeeping
Leads the care and maintenance of university grounds, including our 189-acre campus and pest management initiatives. 
Questions to ask yourself: 

• ​How could inclement weather (hot or cold) lead to issues with your event? 

Front Office Operations
Manages, coordinates and supervises the critical operations functions of Facilities Services, including transportation and fleet management. Questions to ask yourself: 

• Do you need to provide transportation to/from the Portland airport? 
• Do you have any offsite activities? 
• Have you completed the Linfield Driving Certification that allows you to drive fleet vehicles?​
