Linfield University is committed to the health and wellness of our campus community. In an effort to keep everyone safe, we have implemented new guidelines for all meeting and events occurring on campus.
All events shall adhere to Linfield's Temporary Policies for Pandemic Response. Events shall be required to have an event plan that includes the following: (1) identification of how the physical distancing requirements will be met; (2) identification of how the hygiene and cleaning requirements will be met; and (3) notification to the Conference & Event Planning office as to whom will serve as the safety coordinator for this event whose responsibilities will include compliance with all aspects of the safety plan.
Please complete the below form and submit to the C&EP Office.

Face coverings are required at all times both indoors and outdoors while on Linfield property.
Physical distancing guidelines require that attendees maintain at least six (6) feet of distance between themselves and others at all times.
The touching of shared surfaces is discouraged, and the sharing of objects should be limited. If items must be shared, hands must be washed or sanitized afterwards.
County level risk category status will dictate the number of attendees allowed at events. Additionally, room capacities have been decreased to allow for appropriate physical distancing.
Stay aware of the risk level of Yamhill County and have a plan to communicate with attendees if the event has to be rescheduled, relocated, or canceled.
