Lock Out Procedures:

In an effort to protect the Conference & Event Planning Team, the following protocols will be followed when responding to camper room lock-outs.
Camper or coach/organizer calls either C&EP or LPS.

• C&EP Office (7am—7pm) : 503-883-2448
• LPS (after hours): 503-883-7233

Coach/organizer on staff will need to meet the staff member at the front doors of the hall, to escort staff to the room that needs unlocked.
No players/attendees will be let into their rooms without the presence of a coach.
