Complete the Linfield University Program Proposal.

Submit the Use of University Facilities request form if you event includes guests from off campus.
Confirm any arrangements and payment plans that will be finalized in a Conference Agreement. |
30-60 Days Prior
|
Finalize attendee count and assign housing.
Send final count to Sodexo staff and confirm any catering menus. Confirm all meeting spaces and provide diagrams. |
