Linfield Sip & Slice
A Tennis and Wine Experience
July 24th - 27th, 2025
Linfield University is excited to present the first annual Sip & Slice tennis and wine camp to help support the Linfield University tennis programs. This camp will feature 12 hours of tennis instruction over the four days, taught by the Linfield University Head Coaches and staff, and two wine education sessions featuring Linfield’s Director of Wine Studies, Maria Ponzi.

Hosted on the beautiful campus of Linfield University and held at the Wildcat Tennis Center, this special event kicks off on Thursday, July 24th with the first 3-hour tennis clinic followed up by an evening “team” mixer held at Acorn to Oak, Linfield’s own Wine tasting room located in beautiful Historic Downtown McMinnville.
The following two days will be filled with challenging tennis instruction, wine education and evening catered dinners designed to expose you to the best wine and culinary offerings from here in Yamhill County. This incredible event will wind up with a Sunday tennis match play round-robin, where our experienced coached will be courtside for strategy and shot making assistance!
