Certificates and pins can get lost in the mail, at times WSET may leave out pins or a name may need to be altered. You may lose your certificates and pins in a move or fire etc. If the candidate requests a new certificate the cost is $38 for candidates who have graduated post 1990. For candidates prior to 1990 the cost is $65. For pins the cost is $7.
